I bought my cameras many years back and haven’t really made much use of them . I am aware that between the time I purchased them & today - there was a limitation imposed with 12 second recording being the limit.

As I didn’t really used them, I didn’t pay much attention …

Today I thought I’d make use of these and thought that perhaps SD Cards get rid of that 12 second recording limit because it’s local? I’ve only used them a few hours - but it seems even with the SD Card, it’s still limited to 12 seconds?

Is the only way past the limit, is to get Cam Plus?

If you are looking at the events tab, that is cloud recording. In the app, when viewing the camera, click the view playback button at the bottom of the screen for SD card recordings.
