Wyze Thermostat no C wire Nordyne unit

The unit is fehb 015ha

Not much coming up for that number.
How comfortable with electricity are you?
Do you have a multimeter?
If you do, and you are reasonably comfortable with the idea, CAREFULLY test for the voltage between the following 2 terminals on the block:

Don’t touch any other connections with the power on, just those 2 terminals. If that is a 24V transformer, you should see between 24 and 28 VAC between those terminals.

If you’re not comfortable with this, probably best to call in a HVAC person or electrician- that back terminal --Should-- be C. but it would be very bad to find out that it was not 24V by blowing up the thermostat.

If it is not 24V, you could use a relay to switch the load, but you’d need to buy an isolation relay and a C wall adapter.

Not sure if your still helping but will give it a shot. Can you show me what I need to do?

Same as the first one Nordyne E2EB-012HA. Either way thanks! Just the posts have been a help.

i am, but for some reason the unread tag on the forums is malfunctioning, so i might not see it right away.

Can you splay these wires apart so that I can see all 5 wire nuts? Does the grey wire with the grey wire nut have a red wire connected to it?

Not currently there just saw this post right now. Yes it does have that red wire going to it.

This is a bit better shot I already had.

This wire nut down here… are the wires going to it yellow (from the thermostat) and white (to the bundle with the red wire that attaches to the grey wire)?

If so, the large gray wire coming from the furnace is C.

Connecting the blue thermostat wire to the grey/red wire nut at the furnace and to C on the thermostat should power it up.
