Does anyone know the phone number to contact Wyze? I can’t find it on the site anywhere. I’m trying to find out what happened to my order and have emailed them numerous times and haven’t heard back from them.

Both numbers were on hold forever. I purchased 4 cam, 2 with plus plan, but I was unable to activate the 2 with plan. There is no option for me to add 2 cam, only have the option to buy a new plan. Anyone has idea how to do it?

I cannot get into my account, I have 3 cameras and camplus. online support is useless, they only tell me to use a register under a different email and start over.
This means Camplus that I paid for is gone and I need to pay again.
Phone support goes to “Failed Call”
3 days without cameras and no one will just verify me so I can get back in,
I don’t recall ever setting up 2 factor verification yet it somehow ended up on my account, tech says they send me the code, the code never arrives and my hosting company has no records of 2FA’s coming in so I’m dead in the water. Support cut and paste emails come through…

I just got someone on the phone.
They can’t help me, They read off the same sheet that was cut and pasted to me 3 times already so support is non existent for a product I paid for and a service I pay for.
