Our robotic vacuum is still stuck on beta firmware 1.6.173. Can’t Wyze push the firmware update to the vacuum if I supply the MacID? Or can the USB port on the vacuum be used to install the production firmware? It is not fair to just leave us hanging with obsolete unreleased firmware! Here is a screenshot of the “current” firmware on the 2 vacuums we have:

The 1.6.306 is a firmware on the newer WalMart version of the vacuum. The 1.6.173 is a beta version to the original vacuum. We are still trying to get everyone off that beta version to 1.6.202 which is the newest firmware for that vacuum, but there is a high failure rate from 173 to 202 and it does not add any new features. I will check in with them and see where they are in trying to get that update out.

I would say this got abandoned. One of those I promise we are working on it, we will have info soon, any day now things that just isn’t going to happen. This and the Mesh Router Pro USB storage happening, not happening things that has really left a bad taste in my mouth.

yeah . I really hate wyze now. I’ve already thrown all my cameras I had of theirs in the dumpster.
