Wyze robot vacuum "spot cleaning"

I have the original Wyze robot vacuum, on the latest firmware (1.6.2020).

I have seen references to “spot cleaning” lately. How does it work?

On the app screen, there’s a square button on the right, if you hit that, you can then draw a rectangle on the map for it to go clean just for that area.

Dang, I previously missed noticing that little button after some app update. This is a cool feature! This is as close as possible so far to manual control on my old Roomba.

If you need tighter control of the box, you can also zoom in on the map for smaller spot cleaning areas.
