Can you say “Distracted Driver”? And what a scum for leaving.
Note in full disclosure - I was hit by a hit and run drunk going about 100 mph when I was 16. I have a special dislike for both drunk drivers and hit and run drivers.

That’s a 2018 Toyota Corolla iM Hatchback with what looks like a white ‘Lyft’ decal in the windshield, low on the driver’s side. Hope that helps.
