I have a Wyze Duo Ca which I just recently started to encounter lags.
Firmware version: 4.35.17.21
Running on 2.4 Ghz Network side of my router.
Cache cleared.
Note: Battery is draining very quickly.
Lag and faster battery drain showing up at the same time often point to a weak Wi-Fi connection, since the camera keeps retrying and stays awake longer. It might be worth checking the signal strength in the camera’s Device Info while it’s lagging, and if it’s low, trying the router or an extender a bit closer to see if both problems improve together. If the signal looks fine, I’d check next whether motion sensitivity or detection zones changed recently, since more triggered events also eat battery.
This camera does NOT have a battery. You sure you know what camera you have?

I believe @jeremyc needs to clarify the cam but @tstockwood appears to be referring to the DB Duo Cam. Of course I could be wrong in my assumptions.
