I’m travelling and my doorbell camera is showing a prompt: “camera not connected”. This doesn’t make sense as my internet and electricity is on at home, and I was getting event notifications as of yesterday morning.
I will check with my neighbor if they can check if my internet is working.
Is there anything else I can do remotely?
Edit: so strange, the live feed gets stuck on “Connecting… Step 1 of 3: connecting camera by secure channel”. But the events still work, I just got 2 event notifications, that I can see.
