I see that version of firmware being offered to me for Cam Pan v4 in the production Wyze app, which I interpret as an indication that this particular firmware version has been moved to production, but I haven’t seen a production firmware announcement for that version in Wyze News or on the Release Notes & Firmware page and haven’t yet tried it myself (I tend to wait a few days after availability and watch the Forum for activity).
