Night Vision IR Lights in setting is turned on. And Night Vision mode is set to ON. However I stopped seeing the red LED being lluminating to the naked eyes, but are only visible through my cellphone camera lens. Is that normal? I thought I saw then lit red previously, I believe 6 LEDs.

The Wyze cam uses 940nm lights as opposed to the more visable 850nm IR.
If you can see them through the cell phone camera then they’re working. Best check is to use the pan cam in a dark room. Here is some more discussion:
