My Wyze Cam OG “clicks” every 20 seconds . A timeline … a “click” , another click at 3 seconds , another “click” in 17 seconds , another “click” in 3 seconds, another “click” in 17 seconds , and on and on and on . I had to unplug it to sleep .
The only time I have heard my cameras click is when the power is being restored or when they switch in and out from night vision.
That’s what I was thinking, too. I have a Cam OG that cycles Night Vision Mode on and off (when set to Auto) when the lighting conditions are just right wrong. Unless @rthom301 provides additional context that indicates otherwise, I’d suggest setting Night Vision Mode manually (to On or Off) or changing the lighting conditions in that room at sleepy time so that the ambient light isn’t hovering around the threshold that causes the Cam OG’s IR filter to cycle.
If this is what’s causing the issue (and if you currently have Night Vision Mode set to Auto), then you could also try changing the Night Vision Conditions setting from Dusk to Dark or vice versa and see if that makes a difference under those same lighting conditions.
