I have a room with a Wyse Camera and a Wyse bulb running on vacation mode. All is working well. What I would like to find out is if there is a way to prevent too many notifications? I have lowered the sensitivity but then the camera will not be able to detect other motions.

I don’t believe there is a way to disable Wyze Cam notifications when a Wyze Bulb turns on or off. That would be a good request for the #wishlist though.
I imagine the Wyze Cam would have to turn off motion notifications temporarily right before the bulb turns on or off, then turn notifications back on a few seconds after that. It’s not really something you could do yourself due to the random timing of vacation mode, although if you had a rule to turn lights on or off at a certain time you could probably have a matching rule to turn off Wyze Cam notifications during a 5-minute window.
