Neither of my bulbs are connected to the cloud. Both used to work just fine
I have a couple that do that every once in a great while. I just have to turn them off for a few seconds and back on manually (with the switch). They reconnect fine after that.
I’ve tried that a couple times and it hasn’t worked. I suspect there is some problem at their server because it has never happened before and both my lights are having the same problem
That’s odd. I’m not having any issues with my bulbs. They’re all connected and working.
They still work?
I tried to reinstall 2 2019 bulbs and they cannot see the bulb network on Android or iOS.
All but one of my 2019 bulbs are still working. They lose connection occasionally (as do the new bulbs) but I’ve only had one stop working altogether. Not even as a dumb bulb. But I blame my fixture possibly for that. That one failed about a month ago and I replaced it with the newer version. So time will tell.
Hello, first time posting so sorry if not in the correct place.
My issue.
Wyze bulb 2019.
All was fine and working via app. Internet was changed to google and they installed this egg looking mesh thing.
So from what i read it does NOT have seperate bands that you can choose. (5g vs 2.4) Apparently your device automatically connects to the most apropiate. I use iphone snd its seem to be connecting to 5G.
Ok…so i read snd read snd decided to buy a TP Link extender that ONlY works on 2.4.(to ensure only picks up 2.4 from original router)
I install and proceed to install the bulb again. All is looking good and i select the name Bedroom Light.
My phone is conected to the newly cinfigred 2.4 extender signal and even “deleted the other networks)
So bulb us installed and showing in the wyze app BUT no response at all. I turn off, on, dimm, and nothing. Not working. Any ideas?
Thanks
