Wyze app stopped working on European servers

Anyone else have an issue where they are sometimes not able to log in app, Wyze device list fails to populate (error code -1011) or not able to create account from europe?

If I VPN to North America then app works. I’m using iOS device and reinstalling app does not work.

I have asked my other friends and they all have this issue.

Support is not able to diagnose my issue. I have no idea what to do.

Thoughts?

Does this happen consistently, or only every once in a while?

Login issue random but new account or device list failure to display ALL THE TIME

I am sorry this is happening, if you could email security@wyze.com they may be able to assist you better than support for this issue.

Any update on this ? If it’s not working correctly from Europe, no way I’m gonna buy a cam.
