My Wyze App is Freezing

Did you offer it a sweater?.. Just kidding.

This seems to be related to the iOS App Update when opening Grouped Cams. There are several other threads reporting it. Follow the links and watch those threads for solutions others have found.

App freezes when I open a camera group

Today on my iPhone the app freezes every time when I try and open a camera group. It only seems to happen then and not elsewhere in the app. I tried to do chat to do chat with support to no avail. So now I have zero access.

Is anyone else having issues with the Wyze app freezing and crashing every time I use it. I am running it on the newest iphone. Is there any way to fix it?

App frozen

When I open the app, if I hit the “all cameras” button the app freezes and no buttons work. If i restart the app and this time press anything other than “all cameras” I can use the app but as soon as I press “all cameras” again, it freezes. I tried clearing the cache, restarting both the app and my phone but it does the same thing. I also removed and reinstalled the app to no avail.
