So I just tried to upgrade to 2.22 from the apple store and it re-installed version 2.21. Yes I did delete the app first, any ideas?
On the Apple App Store, you pull down on the list of apps to be updated to see the very most recent. Probably something similar on Android if you are using that.
2.22 is in both stores.
It says there version 2.22 was available a week ago. To see what version of the app you are running, you’d need to go into the Wyze app and look at the number below the Wyze logo on Account tab > About.
What version of iOS are you running?
the app says I’m running 2.21. The app was deleted off my iPhone and re-installed from the App Store and again showed 2.21. Checking for updates on the phone it says there are none. I don’t think it matters that I live in Canada since the product is sold through Amazon in Canada

iPhone X with 14.7 and I just installed in on a iPhone Se and it downloaded version 2.21
Just to be clear, you went to the UPDATES tab and pulled down to refresh, correct? I ask that because you posted a screen shot of search.
yes correct, I just factory reset my phone, and when all the apps started to reload from iCloud the Wyze app updated to 2.2.21 . . . don’t want to be doing that to often

They started out saying the right version, 2.21(.xx)
Just making sure TheKracken is or isn’t saying that 2.22.21 finally loaded after factory reset.

Ah, I see what you mean. @TheKracken, did factory reset fix your issue? Do you now have 2.22? Or is it stilll 2.21?
