It’s been a week from hell and it’s the last time I’m buying anything from this company. I bought some headphones because they were on sale on Saturday a week ago and was promised fast easy delivery service. More than a week has passed and neither Wyze or Veho can figure out where my purchase is. I spoke with an agent on Saturday and she lied by telling me that there would be an answer to the whereabouts of my purchase. Then on Sunday I went round and round with their AI. And on Monday I asked to speak with a manager and Chris the Technical Manager still was not able to give me a solid answer as to where the hell my purchase was. So I asked for my money back and of course i was give the round and round about and was not able to get my money back. I am going to share my experience with every social media and let the public know the horrible service this company gives to customers. And how they don’t have honest agents or managers who know how to resolve an issue and make a provide decent customer service.

Wow, impatient much? A whole week went by and you didn’t get your item? You’re calling and complaining and harassing wyze staff over having to wait a week? What are you, 12? Seriously?
I just bought these headphones last month and ever happy with them. You can get overnight delivery if you are a Prime member.
A great idea. However, I assumed Wyze would have a better paper trail from sales point to final destination. I also assumed Wyze had higher standards for “customer service”. You see in my experience, when a customer is unhappy the best solution is to listen and accommodate the customer. In my case my requests were an exact date of delivery or a refund. Wyze could not come up with either. Hence my concern. Veho published Feiday as my delivery date. So I called on Friday evening (my first conversation) for a status on my order. The conversation ended with your headphones were sent to the wrong distribution center. And a promised that I would have clarification on my email. I did not receive such email. On Saturday (The second conversation) ended with your headphones are in-transit. What did that mean? No one could give me an answer. On Sunday I finally caught on that I was dealing with an Ai because it couldn’t get passed “you need to talk to the vendor”. So I called on Monday and still did not get an answer or update and definitely did not get my money back. So yeah I will contact the cc company for a charge back. Thanks for the suggestion.
Wow? If we’re going to sling mud at each other I choose to be the adult. Because I’m not lowering myself to your level. Your response tells me a lot about you, who you are and how unimportant your comments are for effective communication of my feelings.
