Will Wyze attempt to fix or upgrade these issue anytime soon?

Not a matter of trying to prove anyone right or wrong. Was simply trying to assist with your issues, but you seem to be stuck on reviews and other posts which may or may not be related, rather than troubleshooting and trying to find a solution. Hope the new cams work out for you.

Not sure how you are trying to help. I tried the troubleshoots. Even the one you insisted on me to try again. Not really new information. Then you tried to over-sale the other product when the first product didn’t do its intent purposes. This is a loop again. And I really hate to repeat myself over and over. Have a great day, sir! And enjoy your working cams.

As others have said, that makes it REALLY hard to follow. At the very least create a new paragraph with your response.

I appreciate the input. And I will continue to use my format. Unless I have miss another person, you are the second one that responded. Unsure about “others”. Like you said, it is in “a paragraph” with bracket and Italic. Unless you mean by “at least put it in a paragraph” means to start a new paragraph. But we are not here to debate about the grammatical errors or the indentation or the many other things unrelated to the original post.

Let me put it another way - 100% of respondents state it is very hard to read.

Let me put it this way, you are the second person that responded to the post.

So the format is very simple. If you still think it is hard to follow; it is on you. Especially by the 3rd post, a pattern should have emerged. If you read ONLY mine responds, you are getting BOTH responses (my reply and the person’s original response that responded has any resemblance to the topic). This is the same system that Word had for proofread or editing docs. That is the system. You have your system. I have my system. Since I make the original post, I get to decided my system. I don’t see any rule here that I broke or violated.

This is had nothing to do with the topic but complaint about the format of responding. I render this meaningless and fruitless conversation.

So unless there is troubleshooting steps or any wisdom you would like to offer about Window Cam. This is way off topic to even continue.

And since I had scout through posts on this forums as well as the official Q&A troubleshooting and the customer services, unless you are the engineer or the coder that specifically work on this Window Cam and actually take the time to read ALL the Amazon review for Window Cam. Not sure how you can really help if the only opinion you have is to have a better format if responding.
