I noticed a couple weeks ago under system settings, device info, you could see a history of who watched the cameras. Now it is gone. Where did it go? Why was it removed? That is great info when sharing a camera with others. I don’t seem to get alerts notification anymore, my wife, with the public release still does… the Amazon implementation/skill is really bad. Constant buffering. Pretty much unwatchable on a Show. It hasn’t always been like that.
Where were you finding logs of who was watching? I have never seen that on either the iPhone nor Android app. Can’t help on Amazon implementation as I have not done anything with that and Wyze.
What version are you on?
App version 2.12.29 . To get to the viewing history logs, I opened camera, went to settings, then device info, and viewing history was an option there. It is no longer there. It need to be put back as other would probably want that option available to them as well. Now that I know that it can be done, it needs to go back.
Please add. I am new but I read that info would be available when sharing. I’d like to know when viewers are/were viewing.
I will have to take your word on that. I have never seen it, and it shows up on the forum as request from time to time, and the answer has always been that there was no way to see it. It would be nice.
Once upon a time in a far away Beta Wyze land, we could see the camera streaming history then it disappeared.
Have never seen this option and I’ve been all over these menu’s for nearly two years.
