Welcome to the Wyze Community Forum @joe.case . I am a community Volunteer and try to assist when I can.
Would you mind clarifying this a bit as I am curious. I use Wyze LiveView / WebView and can turn the audio on to hear what is being said or going on. I took a screen shot, shown below, with the Speaker showing as on. I can hear audio on all my connected and supported cameras. Curious as to what you are experiencing?
The behavior is simple; I do not hear any sound from my camera using the browser live view. I can click the speaker icon (to turn the speaker on or off) but it doesn’t make any difference.
Audio works as normal when viewing through the app on my phone.

Thanks. I will provide the links to this and see if we can get eyes on this. Cannot guarantee anything as I am a Community Volunteer, but I will do my best.
Hi just curious but when will it be more operable, if it was started in November of 2021 its now been about a year an a half. Im new to these cams and was expecting some sort of pc version to keep on since theres a delay in app and takes time to load the cam.
I think you will find the web view audio does work but just so poorly it appears non functional. I’ve tested it on Win 10 using Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Edge.
I placed a WYZE Cam V3 about 12" from a TV speaker, turned the TV volume up so loud I could hear it through a closed wooden door in the next room, I then turned up the Win 10 mixer master volume and browser volume to 100% and could hear low but decipherable TV audio thru the PC’s speaker but this was with the WYZE Cam V3 and Win 10 PC on the same LAN.
There are numerous complaints on other forums like Reddit about WYZE CAM mic sensitivity being so low it’s barely usable even when using the WYZE app thru the cellular network. When routing audio/video thru the internet with uncontrolled QoS in both the WAN and user’s LAN setup it becomes even more problematic. I consider the WYZE Web Cam audio to be somewhat usable thru the WYZE app but Web View Live audio to be unusable under typical PC or Laptop use so should be considered a non-functional feature .
Well it works in the app, although wind does sometimes interfere, but I can usually hear the neighbors from the front porch to theirs, but on the pc turned all the way up I couldn’t hear anything but didn’t try making loud noises for it so just assumed it was inoperable, what about the cameras freezing in webview and having to refresh, usually takes my to the wyze shop instead of the web view and have to look up the site again.
