Warranty Replacement Possibly Missing. Last Contact 12 December 2025

I’m unable to track or confirm the current status or location for my Warranty replacement of my Wyze cam 4. The last date of contact was on December 12, 2025

The replacement order number is:

CA-145386

Tracking # U000111950606888

Can someone from the company please advise of its current status and location.

How did they ship it, ?
I mailed a small package on Tuesday 12/16/2025 at USPS (The U.S. Post Office) I have a receipt with the tracking number and a QR code to track it. 5 minutes ago 12/20/2025 at 3:58 PM I tracked it and it states that the Post Office that I took it to is in possession of the package?

What are the next steps for either Wyze.com or myself, although I’m not sure what I can do, if the package is in a U.S. post office? I wasn’t sure who the carrier was, as I did not receive that information. I did supsect is was UPS as the tracking number began with a U.

It looks like a Uni Express tracking number to me. What I see shows it last in Mississauga, ON, on 12 December 2025.

I would open a ticket with Support. If you already have a Wyze Ticket number (not the same as your order number), then you can share that here and we can try pinging someone at Wyze for follow-up. As this Forum is primarily a user-to-user support community, we can’t do anything with order processing directly, so Wyze Support should be your first point of contact. If you can’t get adequate resolution from them, though, then please let us know here and we can check on escalating the issue.

I have received 2 ticket numbers from Wyze, so not sure which to use, they are:

Wyze Ticket 4702147, dated December 20, and 4658743 dated December 11.

You are correct, it is a UniUni tracking number. I have heard nothing from UniUni since an email

dated December 10. I just tracked the package, and the attached is all I know.

I would call (not chatbot) UniUni and ask them for the delivery status of your package. That will give you the most current, detailed info in the shortest time with the least effort. Phone numbers are on their support page:

What I’m seeing today indicates that it’s in Calgary, AB, as of yesterday.

This reminds me of another recent issue with UniUni, so please let us know how this progresses. If you have problems getting responses from UniUni and/or Wyze, then we can try to get your latest Wyze Ticket escalated. If you receive the package you’re expecting, then we’d like to know about a satisfactory resolution, as well.

Thanks for the reply.

I went to UniUni website and entered my tracking number. I also see that it location is Calgary.

I’m down the road in Medicine Hat. The site does not give an ETA and I’ve nerver received any updates

from UniUni. I can only assume that the package will be delivered sometime this week. We will have to see.

The small package I mailed on 12-17-2025 made it 29 miles down the road to a main distribution U.S. Post office today. Should reach the East Coast by March.
