Video Doorbell Error 05

For some reason, I lost the connection to WIFI. The only way I could reconnect was to ring the doorbell unit. I am now receiving Error 05, cloud failed to capture video. There is also a red dot in the upper right corner of the viewing panes. Everything was working fine a few days ago.

Exactly my experience. Everything was fine until 3 days ago, and now I get Error 05 for every video. I’ve logged out, logged in, tried restarting the camera. No help from Wyze chat, and no way to submit a ticket.
