I’ve been using Wyze since the beginning. Even back when they were like just pay what you can for service. I signed up for the yearly plan and regretting it.
Recently I contacted customer service for support (4554378) since my v3 was offline and making a noise like the radio dial needed adjusting. They gave me the usual steps to help and after no dice, It was sorry but not our problem since your camera is old. I get it. But this was the last straw with Wyze. Time to move on. Detection was a hit and miss- yes I would share my videos with them to improve 
…. Passing car labeled a package or a person, etc. I have 2 other v3’s left, cancelled my subscription and will look at trying another company for cameras.
Any recommendations? Looking for something reliable and with good support and good intercom capabilities. Thanks
