Unrecognized Icon CAM V3

I have several CAM V3 units. All seem to be operating OK. On the home screen, the one that shows all the devices, most of the V3 CAMs show the word “ON” in a circle. However, two cameras show a cloud icon with a diagonal through it. I cannot the setting that changes this icon to “ON” as with the other cameras. I have rebooted my phone, but that did not help. A small thing, but I would still like to address it.


It means the camera is not communicating with the Wyze servers. Sometimes you can actually connect to the camera and see video from it (very old bug), but usually that means that the camera is not on the WiFi. Try power cycling the camera.
