I am a secondary user. The first user set units to KG. I want to do the same. I am told by customer service I can’t. I bought the scale thinking I could switch from LB to KG. I live in Argentina. We don’t use LG as a weight unit. I hope you can offer secondary users the possibilty to choose what unit they want to use as soon as possible. Thanks.
