I would say it is a river otter. Do you live near a waterway of some kind?

That does look like a river otter.
Be careful around those wild mammals, they can be rabid!
This rabid beaver attacked a popular youtuber.

Looks like it was infected. Similar to crazy infected dog.
Very horrible.
