Trouble with Pan Cam

I have 2 mini’s and they work fine, but I got a Pan today and it won’t connect to my network…
I have tried using a different device with the app,resetting my router,using a different network,
and it will not get passed it saying"ready to connect"…I’ve made sure my user name and password is all correct,and I tried to manually update the firmware and it would take it…
Any ideas…Thanks in advance…
