Is there a way to get the event time to be the same time as what’s showing in the actual video camera clock? I’m traveling right now and I’m 7 hours ahead and it shows my time (where I am) of the event not the local time of the event. Very confusing.
I’m not talking about the time that showing on the camera clock but I’m showing the time that showing the right-hand column of the event screen.
This was an issue for me in older versions of the app, it seemed to get fixed sometime end of last year or beginning of this year. It would happen when I installed a camera, I would then have to uninstall and reinstall the app and it would fix the disparity in time on the notifications (though I think the event times were right in my case).
If you have the 3.x app, try uninstalling and reinstalling it. If you have the 2.x app, don’t do that unless you verify your device can definitely run the 3.x app. Once you uninstall 2.x, you can’t get it back easily, and if you haven’t been updated it may mean your device does not support it.
Of course, if you haven’t already, go and check if there are app or firmware updates available, that may solve it for you.
