Hmm- I apparently didn’t look carefully enough at the models. Which would you recommend for outdoor 3 month recording for 15-30 min sample with sandisk card- the v3? What won’t I like about the model?
Even with the V3, you are going to need to compile several videos to get your 3 month duration. The V3 is limited to about 30 days duration. And, at that duration I would only feel comfortable recommending a High Endurance and high capacity card.
The V3 is the next step up from the OG. It is the flagship Wyze Cam and is the foundation of my inventory with 16 in service. It has also been in service for much longer than the OG and has had more time to fine tune the firmware and features.
I like the mount on the V3 better as it is adaptable to standard tripods and has a magnetic base mount.
