A chirp sound about once a second is the cam picking up its own transmission to the network. There are several audio issues, and this is one of them. It will vary – some days you won’t hear it at all. This is due to previous attempts to digitally subtract it from the stream, I think. In any case, you can submit a log to Wyze so they are aware this is still an issue:
