Thermostat temperature preferences override Alexa setting temperature on a routine at sunset and sunrise

I use my Alexa to set my Wyze thermostat to cool to 23° One(1) hour after sunrise and to heat to 23° One(1) hour after sunset but the Wyze thermostat defaults to using the temperature preferences set within the App which only allows 3° difference between heat and cool
