Thermostat notification of heat call with no heat

A feature every single “smart” thermostat has is the ability to notify the user if the system is calling for heat but the heat is not happening.

Ecobee for example, will give you a notification if it has been running for 3 hours without a rise in temperature or if there is a drop in temperature.

This feature is important for a multitude of reasons such as the filter is plugged or there is no flame at the furnace or a window might be open.

The wyze thermostat does not do this and it seems like a tremendous oversight for such a simple fix.

Agreed! This is a deal breaker for me. I have a sensitive high efficiency boiler that can shut itself down for different issues - I want a notification.
