I have already lost one of the two edge brushes on the robot vacuum and would like to know how to obtain replacements for the brushes as well as the filters?

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.
If you go into the app, open the vacuum, click on settings, and open accessories, there’s a link to buy the replacement parts. However, it doesn’t look like they are live yet in the Wyze Shop.
