Just installed my first Wyze Switch, All went well, with the exception of adding the Neutral jumper to the switch. No matter how tightly I twisted that stranded wire, I could not get it in the hole and behind the cinch plate. Fortunately I had plenty of 14-2 NM on hand, and made my own neutral jumper out of it. No problems after that, and working perfectly. I’d recommend changing the stranded to solid in the kit that comes with the switch. I would guess I’m not the only one that has run into this issue.
