Sound detection doesn't work properly for wyze cam v2

I’m not getting any notifications for sound detection on ipad lock screen or banner popup. For video and wyze sense, I get notifications normally but not with sound detections. What’s wrong?

I know this sounds simple and please don’t get angry with me but you have verified that your sound detection is on in the app correct? It didn’t accidentally get turned off.
