Hi, we installed the Solar Cam Pan in December 2025 and paid for a full year of Cam Plus. Aside from finicky sync with Google Home, everything was great for a week or so. Then we noticed every few days there were no Recorded Events logged. Camera would be recording one day and stop the next day, even though it was functioning and we could watch everything on the app, then restart l resume recording on its own. I considered buying an SD card but haven’t yet because I’m not sure it would store anything on it. Customer service troubleshot with me but nothing seemed to resolve it. Anyone have any tips?
