That is not a very professional way to set up a system.

I think a lot of users would agree with you, which is why it’s frustrating that this Wishlist issue from nearly six years ago is still apparently unresolved:

So we have multiple camera’s set up at our house. My wife and I both have the app and I shared the camera with her. The problem we run into is that I want to give her full access to control settings also, but there is no permissions list for users who have access to the camera. Every time one person wants to change the settings, increase sensitivity, turn off notifications etc, you have to call/text the other person to change the settings. I will say that a shared user on the Video Doorbell v2 receives incoming call notifications when the doorbell button is pressed (at least that’s been my experience using Android-based devices), so those aren’t going to the doorbell “owner” account only, but if you’re looking for microSD card access for a shared user, then it appears at this point you’re outta luck.
