Setting up outdoor cam

Forgive me if this is a stupid question but how do I setup the outdoor cam to do the following:
Only turn on at night
Notify and record with motion
Turn off in the morning

I have an SD card in both the camera and the base.

Create schedule based rules to turn the camera on/off or turn motion detection on/off at your desired hours.

So would I create a rule that turns on motion detection at, let’s say, 7pm and then off at 7am?

Or would I create a rule that turns on/off the camera at these times AND a motion detection rule.
