I have created simple rule where my light is going to turn on when door is open, and turn off when door is closed. How can i create rule that Light is only going to turn on between the hours of 9pm and 5am.

They are working on allowing rules between specific times. It isn’t possible at the moment.

Here’s the #roadmap topic:
Currently automation for Shortcuts allows either an event to trigger the shortcut or a day/time, but not both. This request is to allow a schedule of days/times to be set to limit when an event-triggered shortcut will operate. See below for an example use case.

Actually i was able to solve this.
Door sensor it triggering light bulb thats in my lamp, which is connected to the Wyze Plug that has Turn On time at 9pm and Turn Off time at 5pm.
So overall i was able to get what i wanted by using Wyze Plug.
