Has Wyze provided a way for us to return, for recycling, any products we no longer want. I’m no longer using any of my wyze cams, and have stopped using anything with a mic or collecting personal data (watch/head phones). I’m sure they’re maybe probably hopefully secure, but I wouldn’t trust Wyze to tell me if they’re not… so want to dispose of them properly.

No, wyze does not have a way to return unwanted items for recycling that I know of, but you could always reach out to support to inquire.
Outside of that, there are probably quite a few people willing to purchase your unused equipment and use them rather than them going to waste.
As an aside, are you also getting rid of your smart phone, computer, tablets, Bluetooth devices, etc? People are always looking for deals on used equipment.

There are many users here who regularly search online for specific used Wyze equipment that they know can be flashed and reused. Not sure what the forum rules are for offering\soliciting\coordinating such transactions within the forum or DM.
Perhaps a @Mods can educate me (us).

It is permitted in Watercooler as long as it is Wyze gear, but we won’t be arbitrators between parties for bad deals.
