Hey. Anyone encountered not being able to remove their credit card information from wyze?
Do you have active Wyze Services?
You would need to cancel any Active services you have then you will get the option to remove your billing preference.
With Active Services - You only have the option to update
Without Active Services - You can remove billing preference
This policy makes no sense.
If I had billing on credit card A and move my billing to credit card B, you don’t allow me to delete credit card A from my account? Why is that?
And if I move billing to credit card C, you then keep A and B on file?
It’s my **** credit card. You have no right to keep it if it’s NOT being used for billing.
Please fix this ridiculous policy. With the increased risks of hacking, it’s completely unacceptable.
