Ever since the possible breach, my Wyze products no longer work with my Alexa devices. Wyze said we needed to “relink” our Wyze with Alexa but what does that mean? Does that mean I’ll need to remove all 20 of my Wyze products (light bulbs, cameras, Wyze Sense, etc) from my Alexa app and then add them all one by one all over again? Is there a quicker/simpler way to relink it? Also, do I relink them through the Wyze app or the Alexa app?
Just follow the directions here. You don’t need to do anything through the Wyze app, other than log in again.
