Recently we have started getting push notifications for a camera that we have push notifications turned off for. I’ve tried everything I can think of. I’ve also searched the forums and haven’t seen anything about this. How can I get them to stop?
have you tried toggling notifications on and back off?
Try pulling the power cord on the camera for a few seconds.
You also might try clearing the App Cache.
Hopefully one of the above will fix your issue. I am sure others will chime in with additional suggestions.

What kind of notifications do you get? That can narrow does where they are coming from and what setting to check. What type of camera is this happening on?
