Problem setting up a Wyze cam

Not sure if this is the right spot for this but having problems re-setting up a wyze cam v2, when I try to set it up I get to the ready to connect and the QR code but the code is cut off so the camera doesn’t read it, is this a app issue or phone issue?

Can you scroll down in that page? Have you tried adjusting you phone display or font size down in your phone os? Do you have another app compatible device you can load the app on and install the camera with?

That is a phone issue. The graphic size scaling is cutting off the bottom of the QR.

You are a lifesaver. I have been trying to fix this problem for about a week after calling around trying to talk with everyone including T-Mobile experts. I made my fonts smaller and it worked connected right away. I have sent to cam back thinking something was wrong with the cam. Thanks a lot to you and this forum.
