Sure.
The 5 volts is the important part - as long as the available current is enough. You can run a larger power supply without a problem. During my Christmas light show, I ran a V2 camera near the top of my pixel tree from a 5 volt 70 amp power supply (yes, properly fused for the camera!). Worked fine for the 8 weeks that the tree was up.

Yep, I have a couple of those. I stopped using the adapters that come with any of the Wyze cameras. I wanted to boost the power at the camera because I used almost exclusively longer USB cables. So became necessary and kept it simple doing all of them.
Got a box full of Wyze 1.0 amp adapters taking up space now.
