Especially if Wookiees are about. ![]()
What actually is a âWookie Stainâ?
Due to greasy hair or something I donât need to know about? ![]()
Maybe it should be the name of my nonexistent intergalactic post-punk Steely-Dan-cum-Portishead cover band. It also seems like something that could potentially appear on a T-shirt:

I only learned last year where they got the name of the band from. I enjoyed their Aja album when it came out on cassette and just downloaded a fresh copy recently.
Covered topics have no limits, within reason. ![]()
That albumâs got some good tunes on it. Given the weather forecast here, Donald Fagenâs âSnowboundâ seems like an appropriate choice, and maybe Lisa Loebâs âSnow Dayâ, too.
I think two of my first cassette purchases (with the exception of prior classical music purchases) were Stingâs The Dream of the Blue Turtles and Brothers in Arms, by Dire Straits. I still like both albums.
I like that one, too. Iâm streaming Aja now while I work on some things.
Plus:
- Firmware Updates
- App Features and Bugs
- DIY Hacks and Modifications
- SciFi shows
- Conspiracy theories about Wyze devices, about the company in general, or even about neighbors that have magical powers to control everyone and everything
- Blaming user error, environment, or bad networking on Wyze
- Occasional random Ultimatims, entitlement, negativity, complaining, legal threats, and belief that generally acting poorly may convince a company to change their mind to somehow give in to their personal wants
- Thinking the forums are an extension of support with support agents or employees that read every single post.
- Marketing research surveys from employees
- Random Wyze Announcements
- Diving Iguanas
What else are we missing?
Funny enough, I asked an AI for ideas and it actually referenced this very thread:
- AI Art Critiques
- A thread humorously titled âPost your dam AI art here and keep it out of the other threads, itâs GROSSâ showcases users sharing and critiquing AI-generated art, reflecting a blend of tech and creativity[4]

It also suggested âWyze Robot Vacuum Adventuresâ (WRVâs getting stuck in places or stories of it going rogue and escaping) but I donât think we see those very much anymore.
It also suggested unusual sounds and voices, creepy shapes and shadows, pet reactions to ghosts,
Legal suits and dentistry.
Stating multiple years of IT experience so I know what I am doing posts.
Dust particles floating in front of my camera.
Posts about my camera thinks my wife is a tree.
This is exactly why we need a new Wyze Robot Vacuum with a user-accessible/controllable camera on it, for its own Wyzies category. ![]()

I recently saw a topic where the original poster claimed to be a Wyze user âfor over 10 yearsâ. How thatâs possibleâsince they celebrated 7 years during Wyze Week 2024âis a mystery to me. ![]()

Shades of Oliver Sacks.
Throwing random numbers is âimpressiveâ to people like us who have no idea what theyâre doing since they are not Wyze veterans like them ![]()
Frida needs to step it up. Her last event was in June 2024
Maybe @WyzeJasonJ can check on Frida?
Maybe she is working on the new V5 Cam or the new OG 360° Cube Cam?
Why is Frida holding a pen ![]()
She likes to write short stories in her spare time or when the mood strikes her. She often jots down ideas for new stories.
If interested, send her an email. Her last name conveniently starts with a Y. Go figure. She is often called Friday since her email address is frida.y@gmail.com.
This was my question, as well. What could she possibly be about to write on a circuit board, and why are her hands so
up?
Oh, right: AI blows at producing the subtleties of the human form. ![]()
You probably spoil good movie plots. ![]()
If itâs a good plot, thereâs nothing to spoil. ![]()
