I purchased wyze bulbs and began connecting them. As soon as I connected the first bulb, my phone lost wifi connection. I attempted to reconnect but it tells me my password is incorrect. My hubby checked to see if his would connect with the same password and he is able to.

During bulb setup your device does connect to the bulb so it can upload your home wifi information. During this time you may get a " no internet connection" from your device, because the bulbs temporary wifi said doesn’t connect anywhere.
