Thanks. That might save me a click, as I have all my plugs in a group. So I normally would have to 1) open the app, 2) click on the group, and, 3) click on the plug.
I guess until they let you toggle a plug by tapping a widget I’ll just keep telling Alexa to turn a plug on/off.
So far the camera widgets work the best. It takes me straight to the live stream with one tap on the widget.
By my experience, the other devices has one extra step. Hopefully, they will get the other devices to work with a single tap as well.
Would love a home screen shortcut/widget for android that displays the current temperature for the new thermostat, tap to open the device screen. Similarly, a widget for one tap shortcut to any device would be great.
Widgets take up too much space make them smaller. Add a toggle widget to do things like lock/unlock door or on/off for plugs.
