The Forum is predominantly User to User. You won’t see a lot of Wyze personnel interacting here unless it is in one of the App or Firmware testing threads.
The feature you are requesting has been previously requested in the Wishlist where Wyze does monitor requests. If they are working on a specific feature or function, the thread status will be updated to “researching” or “in development”.
Unfortunately, both these threads requesting the feature are in a “maybe later” status… one step above “probably not”.
