Person detection is turned off in the app. When I try to turn it back on again it tells me the service is not enabled then asks me if I want to enable it. When I agree and try to enable it it gives me a failed popup. Restarted all the cams and app but is still failing? Anyone else experiencing this?
Can you tell me what version of the app and what version of the firmware you are using?
I have the same issue since today. Using iOS 13.1.3, iOS-WYZE Version 2.5.53 and Firmware 4.10.3.169.
After hitting the enable button it switches to WYZE Service - which stays blank/ empty.
Guess they bounced my message due to 2 images. I’m not worthy lol.
Firmware - 4.9.4.169
Wyze Version - V2.5.36
